A Getaway in Strasbourg at the Christmas Market
Strasbourg is the city where I did my first years of Philosophy before leaving for the Sorbonne.
It was also in Strasbourg that I began my initiation into the revolutionary theory of Thomas Sankara through a meeting with the Burkinabe Blaise Nikiéma, currently professor of Philosophy at the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Koudougou.
Under an unforgiving weather, I returned to the traces of the past to speak Alsatian, to meet some friends, the department of Philosophy and especially the Christmas market.
Strasbourg, which houses the European Parliament, is still the most beautiful city in France. Something binds me to this city and its university where I learned to read ... Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, Descartes, Rousseau, Kant etc ...
Let her know what immense joys I owe her!
